The contract can be extended upon the expiration of a 5-year period. The owner should not worry about anything. Leasing of the apartments will be fully controlled by Arcasa-Group or an authorized company. The amount of the rent includes communal expenses, as well as the cost of laundry and keeping the condominium clean.
