The courses will have the duration of 6 hours divided in two times: from 10.00 to 13.00 preparation with the students, from 13.00 to 15.00 the menu prepared will be eaten in the dining room.
The courses will run only Monday (non-holidays) must book 30 days prior and must be composed by groups of a minimum of 10 people and a maximum of 20.
